• A temporary hold will be placed for your selected dates for a maximum of
14 days while waiting for your $300 deposit to arrive.
• All balances are due 30 days prior to the retreat.
• If the balance is not received within 30 days of the retreat, your reservation may
be canceled with no refund of the deposit.
• Reservations cancelled more than 90 days in advance of the retreat are
eligible for a full refund (unless paid by credit card we will keep $25) between
60 and 90 days we will keep $150 of the deposit, between 30 and 60 we will
keep $200, If less than 30 days we will keep the whole $300 unless you rebook
for a date within 6 month of your original date.
• If it becomes necessary to cancel or to change dates once the final payment
has been made, please notify us immediately.
Once a change of date has been made a booking cannot be canceled without
the loss of the whole $300 or at our discretion you possibly can rebook on a
later date.
• If roads and schools are closed due to blizzard conditions, arrangements can be
made.
• We want our guests to be safe and we want you to come back!
• Changes are accepted by the sole discretion of Dragonfly Dreams.
• Payments are made to Dragonfly Dreams by check or money order.
• We now accept Pay Pal and all major Credit Cards, which will include Bank

• The Minnesota tax rate is 6.875%, Wabasha County tax 0.5%, Lake City Lodging
tax 3% for a total of 10.375%
